What it does
Chat on your website and a workspace for those who answer. All conversations in one place, an overview of visitors currently on the website, an AI assistant, collaboration between colleagues and reports. Several websites in one admin.

Email marketing
What it does
Newsletters and campaigns, contacts and their consents, senders and custom domains, automated email series and statistics on delivery, opens and clicks. Its own email editor.

- separate lists people can unsubscribe from individually

Documents from MediaMC
What it does
Documents are issued by the MediaMC invoicing system: invoices, advance invoices, credit notes, bank transfer payment with a QR code, documents in PDF and ISDOC, recurring documents and reminders.
What we are preparing for PublicMC
- a payment request, with the document issued only after payment is received
- payment by bank transfer with a QR code or by card

A standalone solution for online shops
What it does
ShopMC is a standalone solution for online shops with their own website, not a basket added to a website. It is designed for own brands and production, specialist shops, wholesale and B2B.

What it does
HotelMC is a specialised solution for hotels, guesthouses and other accommodation, based on PublicMC. It will be a separate industry offer of websites with bookings.

Support
A request that won’t get lost
What it does
You describe the problem or request in a form. The request gets its own number and history, a secure link arrives by email, and there you can see its status and all further communication. No account and no password.

Writing assistant
What it does
In the PublicMC admin you can let AI rewrite a text: more formal, friendlier, shorter, more persuasive, better for search engines or following your own instruction. In ChatMC, an AI assistant answers from what it knows about your website.

MediaMC’s industry magazines are separate media, not a website feature. A business from the industry can present itself there with a profile, an interview or an article. We do not state reader numbers or guaranteed reach; what makes sense is agreed according to the industry.
